Class Descriptions

20/20/20

      A class that is designed to give you a total body workout. It typically consists of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work

 

Boot Camp

      A class that involves timed station exercises. (Jump ropes, running stairs, running the track, etc.)

 

Box Sculpt

      A combination workout that includes kick boxing moves and step exercises.

 

Class Choice

      Class members choose the music and format.

 

Classic Aerobics

      A throwback class that is pure fun and incorporates dance moves. (No step exercises used.)

 

Cycle Class

      This class uses the stationary bikes and is held in the women's center of the gym.

 

Fusion

      Combines at least two different workouts into one class.

Low Impact/Arms

      A class with an emphasis on arms throughout the hour incorporated in cardio moves.

 

Low Impact/Floor

     A class that includes some weights for arms, low impact cardio, and easy to follow step moves. The workout ends with traditional floor work for about 15 minutes.

 

Power Pilates

      Forty-five minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of pilates/yoga stretches to end the hour on a proper mood.

 

Relax/Refresh Yoga

      One hour of yoga with emphasis on reducing stress and purposeful stretching. A great compliment to anything one is doing for fittness.

 

Step and Pedal

      A workout that includes both step exercises and the stationary bikes that is held in the women's center of the gym.

 

Tool Kit

      A class in which all of the "toys" are taken out and used. (Step,exercise balls, weights, jump ropes, etc.)
